Port reference

Toulon

Toulon's cruise destination includes two passenger locations around the bay: Toulon Côte d'Azur and La Seyne-sur-Mer. They are separate transfer destinations. A booking that simply says Toulon does not establish that the ship is beside Toulon's old town. Read the terminal assignment before booking a taxi, choosing a railway station or planning the return from an independent excursion.

Coordinates identify the general port, not a passenger entrance. A dash means the value has not been independently verified.

The port operator identifies the Toulon passenger approach at 15 bis Quai du Petit Rang. For La Seyne-sur-Mer it gives Corniche Philippe Giovannini. The operator's administrative headquarters are not a substitute for either passenger entrance. Use the specific terminal name alongside the address and keep the sailing documents accessible. A car park or public harbour promenade can have different access arrangements from the secure cruise area.

Toulon Hyères Airport is the local air gateway. Its official public-transport page confirms Mistral line 102 to Toulon's railway and bus station. That city connection is followed by another segment to the assigned terminal. The airport's language versions give different journey durations, so this profile does not promise a fixed airport-to-ship time. Nice and Marseille airports require different, longer regional travel plans.

Toulon railway station is useful for city-side arrivals. La Seyne/Six-Fours is another station, with its own final road connection to the cruise terminal. For a connection across the bay, consult current Mistral services and the ship's arrangements. The port explicitly states that a cruise maritime shuttle may be free or paid at the cruise line's discretion. It should not be assumed included for every passenger or every call.

Old Toulon and its harbourfront offer a city visit from the Toulon side. La Seyne's Parc de la Navale and former shipbuilding waterfront provide a different local outing. Allow for the actual terminal's return route rather than transferring sightseeing distances from one side of the bay to the other. Market opening days and excursion availability should be checked for the visit date.

The port's published provisional 2026 programme includes repeated visits by eleven linked cruise brands. It covers both terminal areas and remains a forecast rather than proof that every planned call happened. Ship identities are used instead of unreliable corporate labels. The coordinate refers generally to Toulon, not to La Seyne's passenger gate.
