About us Norwegian Bella

Norwegian Bella is the announced final vessel in NCL's Prima programme, with its first passenger season planned for 2028. The operator's October 20,2026 release explicitly states that Bella and Aura are being built by Fincantieri. This establishes physical construction rather than an order alone. It does not establish that a 2028 field labelled “year built” on a sales page describes an already completed ship.

The initial programme is intended to focus on Europe, with seven-day Mediterranean round trips from Barcelona beginning in May 2028. Published destinations include Italian, French and Spanish calls. That European inaugural season gives Bella a different starting point from the Caribbean programme associated with Aura. Compare actual port times and arrival arrangements for the selected departure rather than assuming every advertised city has the same embarkation or excursion logistics.

Ocean Heights is planned as an upper-deck activity complex including Eclipse Racers, Bella Free Fall, a ropes course and Moon Climber. The Party Slide and Infinity Loop supply further named water-play choices. These plans can help distinguish the enlarged design from Aqua and Luna without transferring their Slidecoaster automatically. Activity restrictions and any charges should be checked against the final operating product.

Ocean Boulevard is intended to combine outdoor circulation, Infinity Beach and additional seating with separate spaces for younger guests. Little Explorers' Cay, Adventure Alley and Surf's Bay address different age groups, so the plan should be compared with the actual ages travelling. Horizon Park and the adult Vibe Beach Club provide other intended settings, with access conditions separate from the existence of a public promenade.

The accommodation announcement includes 159 Haven suites with dedicated facilities and service. Ordinary balconies and connecting rooms should be compared by their own benefits, not assigned Haven access. Current plans give about 170,000 GT, roughly 344 metres and 3,921 guests at double occupancy; the product page lists a planned 1,757 crew. “Nearly 2,000” rooms is not converted into an exact total. Individual IMO, flag, breadth and full-passenger maximum remain unverified, and the incomplete technical record stays outside indexable release content.
