Enchanted Princess illustrates why delivery and passenger service need separate dates. Fincantieri handed over the Royal-class ship in September 2020, but its inaugural cruise took place on 10 November 2021. The later December naming presentation was another milestone. Calling all three events a launch would conceal a year of difference when comparing its history with Discovery Princess.

Food is a useful way to understand the changes after introduction. The Catch by Rudi arrived with the April 2023 drydock changes, replacing the earlier Bistro Sur la Mer concept. An older fact sheet still listing the French bistro should therefore not be treated as a current restaurant map. The Catch focuses on seafood, while Sabatini's and Crown Grill supply different speciality choices. Look at the actual departure's reservation options before assigning a favourite meal to a venue.

Amalfi, Capri and Santorini are the main dining-room names. World Fresh Marketplace and International Café add alternatives with different ways of fitting meals around shore time. The ship also offers 360, an immersive seven-course experience available on Enchanted and Discovery. Current Princess guidance distinguishes experiential dining from Plus and Premier benefits, so a package should not automatically be read as payment for that reservation.

The outdoor arrangement includes the main pools, a Retreat Pool and a WakeView Pool. Movies Under the Stars supplies poolside screenings, while SeaWalk offers its own glass-floored viewpoint. These facilities need not be used as a single programme: someone spending the afternoon ashore may prefer a short evening screening, while another guest may organise a sea day around the open decks. Princess Theater and Vista Lounge offer indoor alternatives.

The operator lists 1,830 guest rooms and 3,660 lower berths, with 1,346 crew. Two Sky Suites are a specific category, not a description of every suite balcony. Builder and current insurer agree on 145,281 GT, rather than the rounded 145,000 often quoted in marketing. The individual IMO is 9807126. Its diesel-electric machinery is documented separately from the LNG Sphere design; a sister-brand comparison must not transfer another class's fuel system.
