About us Emerald Princess

Emerald Princess entered service in April 2007 after construction at Fincantieri's Monfalcone yard. The builder describes its design as an evolution of the Grand series. Current insurance identifies IMO 9333151 and 113,561 GT. A common family with Crown or Ruby is useful context, but it does not establish today's identical room count or restaurant arrangement.

The present operator page includes O'Malley's Irish Pub alongside the ship's other dining choices. Planks BBQ and Steamers Seafood are described as pop-up experiences, so they should not be planned as if every outlet were a continuously open restaurant. A specific evening's availability matters more than adding every venue name into a single restaurant total. Sabatini's and Crown Grill provide different speciality options; package conditions still determine the actual additional cost.

Botticelli, Da Vinci and Michelangelo are the main dining-room names. World Fresh Marketplace offers another approach to meals, with International Café useful for a smaller stop. That spread can help organise days with excursions or mixed preferences in a travelling group. Compare actual meal times with shore plans before assuming the most formal option is always the easiest one.

For entertainment, Princess Theater, Explorers Lounge and Club Fusion give the ship several indoor settings. Skywalkers Nightclub remains a named part of Emerald's published layout. Movies Under the Stars supplies the poolside screen, while the Piazza provides a central social area. A sea day can therefore be planned around several smaller choices rather than a single attraction. Spa treatments and access to a retreat should be checked separately from ordinary use of the fitness centre.

Published technical references conflict on the current room inventory: the fact sheet, product page and original builder do not give one reconciled total. That field remains empty. The fact sheet explicitly gives 3,090 lower berths, consistent with the parent fleet inventory, whereas a product summary says 3,080 without that basis. The chosen standard capacity is documented accordingly. Builder dimensions are 288.7 metres overall and 36 metres moulded breadth; a later full refurbishment year remains unresolved instead of inferred from a restaurant appearing online.
