La Goulette Cruise Port — Goulette Village
Village Touristique, Port La Goulette, 2060 La Goulette, Tunisia
Cruise passenger complex; separate from ferry procedures and Tunis city destinations.
Port reference
La Goulette is the cruise gateway for Tunis and the surrounding Tunisian coast. The cruise passenger complex, Goulette Village, belongs to the wider La Goulette harbour but is not a city-centre arrival in Tunis. Give the actual cruise facility when arranging a transfer. Ferry embarkation areas and a cruise-line shore-excursion meeting place can have different entrances and procedures.
Coordinates identify the general port, not a passenger entrance. A dash means the value has not been independently verified.
The port operator identifies the passenger location as Village Touristique, Port La Goulette. The terminal complex includes a visitor area, but its architectural resemblance to a medina does not mean it is the historic medina of Tunis. A shop visit within the port and a city excursion are different choices. Follow the ship's permitted exit route and keep the meeting point for return transport available.
Tunis-Carthage Airport is the local air gateway. The cruise operator describes taxi or prearranged road transfer from the airport. Confirm the destination, luggage needs and pickup arrangements rather than relying on a fixed travel time. The airport name should not be confused with the archaeological site of Carthage, which is a separate sightseeing destination. No direct airport train to the cruise terminal is established here.
For public transport, the port describes a railway station outside the port exit with a remaining walk. That is not a station beneath the ship or a guarantee of a current service on the travel date. Check the railway's actual operation and the full return connection before committing to an independent trip. Taxis inside the port are another option, with terms to confirm before departure. No universal public car-parking service is assumed.
Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and Tunis's medina require travel beyond the passenger complex. Choose a combination that fits the shore window instead of treating all the destinations as neighbouring terminal attractions. Historic streets, slopes and admission requirements need separate consideration. Leave time for road conditions and controlled port access on the return, even where an outward journey seemed straightforward.
The operator's current published calendar contains repeated requested visits by the linked cruise brands. These are provisional programme entries, not proof that every call is confirmed or completed. Corporate affiliations do not make the port exclusive to one line. The harbour coordinate comes from the official World Port Index and does not identify a passenger doorway.
