Cruise Terminal Vittorio Veneto
Dedicated passenger terminal; confirm berth and entrance for the sailing.
Port reference
Palermo is a Sicilian cruise city with two passenger terminals operated by West Sicily Gate: Vittorio Veneto and Sammuzzo. They form part of a larger working port that also handles ferries and commercial traffic. Confirm the terminal and actual passenger entrance in the cruise documents before choosing a taxi destination or organising a pick-up. A general port map does not identify every ship's check-in point.
Coordinates identify the general port, not a passenger entrance. A dash means the value has not been independently verified.
The two cruise facilities are separately named in the operator's current information. A contact address at one quay should not be treated as the entrance for both. Follow the ship's directions for baggage, arrival appointments and any controlled transfer. A ferry company's boarding instructions have a different purpose and should not be substituted simply because the departure is also from Palermo.
Falcone Borsellino Airport, code PMO, is at Punta Raisi outside the city. The airport identifies its railway station in the terminal basement, and Trenitalia publishes airport connections with Palermo. Select the actual city station and plan the remaining journey to the assigned cruise terminal. An airport train does not itself deliver passengers to a particular gangway. Keep the boarding window in view when arranging the final road or urban-transport connection.
Palermo Centrale is a useful mainline reference for a rail arrival, but it is not the cruise terminal. Station selection, baggage handling and the final port approach are separate parts of the journey. Check current services for the travel date instead of relying on old airport timetables or assuming that a newly announced city station is already operating.
The operator identifies Teatro Massimo, Ballarò Market and the Cappella Palatina as visiting possibilities. These are distinct destinations within the city and need an itinerary compatible with the return to the actual terminal. Check admission and opening for indoor attractions separately. The coordinate here refers generally to Palermo. The operator's 2026 calendar shows repeated MSC and Costa visits on distinct November dates, supporting those regular connections without treating an overnight stay as a second call.

Second cruise terminal identified by West Sicily Gate.
Falcone Borsellino Airport (PMO), Punta Raisi: railway station in the terminal basement; onward Palermo city connection and separate cruise transfer.
Use the current Trenitalia journey planner for the selected city station and the actual travel date, then plan the final port approach.
Confirm Vittorio Veneto or Sammuzzo; ferry boarding points and operator offices are different destinations.
Connections reflect published programmes, not a guarantee for a particular sailing. Pending and future calls can change.
Approximate straight-line distances between general port coordinates, not road or sailing routes. Proximity does not imply an available connection.
