Celebrity Silhouette entered service in 2011 as the fourth Solstice-series ship from Meyer Werft in Papenburg. Its present accommodation arrangement reflects later changes rather than an untouched launch inventory. The operator's current facts list 2902 guests, with the post-modernisation sheet explicitly identifying that figure as double occupancy. Current gross tonnage is 122210, and the vessel is identified by IMO 9451094.

The Lawn Club offers a real-grass outdoor setting, with Alcoves providing separately arranged places to spend time beside it. Lawn Club Grill and The Porch add meal settings that help distinguish this vessel from the earliest ships in the series. The lawn, a reserved Alcove and a restaurant visit are different choices. Compare how you would use an afternoon outside before treating a private seating reservation as a necessary part of every sea day.

A major Celebrity Revolution modernisation was completed in February 2020. It changed accommodation and public areas and added The Retreat Sundeck with a redesigned suite lounge. Craft Social became another casual gathering place, while Passport Bar and Sunset Bar were reworked. These changes explain why the original builder's room figures no longer describe the current 1451-room inventory. An old launch plan is therefore a poor substitute for a plan applicable to the actual voyage.

A later Marseille yard period in 2024 included a casino expansion reported through the outfitting company's work programme. That is recorded separately from the larger 2020 transformation. It does not establish that the entire hotel interior was rebuilt again. A traveller interested in live entertainment can distinguish the main theatre from smaller social settings, using the daily programme rather than expecting the same room to host every type of evening event.

For the technical comparison, builder and operator support 319 metres overall length and 36.8 metres moulded breadth. A technical database's 315 metre entry conflicts with those references and is not adopted. The individual post-modernisation facts distinguish 2902 lower berths from 3324 maximum guests and list 1285 crew. Thirteen guest-use decks are a different measure from total decks; conflicting total inventories remain empty. The published 24 knots is a cruising figure on the current operator page. A verified maximum and a full individual machinery specification are left open.
