Frihamnen cruise terminal — berth 638
Frihamnen passenger facility; verify berth 638 in sailing documents.
Port reference
Stockholm's cruise calls use different parts of the Swedish capital's harbour. Frihamnen and Stadsgården are separate arrival destinations with different approaches to the city. A reservation that simply says Stockholm does not establish which passenger entrance to use. Read the berth on the sailing documents before arranging a transfer or planning an independent visit.
Coordinates identify the general port, not a passenger entrance. A dash means the value has not been independently verified.
Frihamnen has a modern cruise passenger facility associated with berth 638. Stadsgården includes cruise berths 160 and 167. Other passenger vessels use the wider harbour, and a ferry company's name is not automatically an ocean cruise-line identity. In particular, Viking Line ferry traffic should not be confused with Viking's ocean-cruise fleet. Nynäshamn is a separate town and cruise destination, even where a cruise itinerary markets it as the gateway to Stockholm.
Arlanda Airport connects with Stockholm Central by airport train. That is a city arrival, followed by a separate journey to the assigned quay. T-Centralen is the metro interchange, while Stockholm Central is the mainline railway station. Check which station and exit the planned connection actually uses. An airport ticket alone does not describe the final road or local transport segment to Frihamnen.
For a rail arrival, keep enough time for the city-to-terminal connection and the ship's check-in window. At Stadsgården the final approach differs from Frihamnen, so use the berth rather than a generic cruise icon on a map. Confirm any cruise-line shuttle for the specific call, especially for accessibility, luggage and operating hours. No fixed airport-to-gangway travel time is assumed.
Gamla Stan provides a historic city visit that can be planned independently of a particular ship's excursion programme. Its old streets are a different setting from a working cruise quay. Check the complete outward and return route before choosing how much of the old town to explore. The official coordinate here locates Stockholm generally and does not mark a cruise-terminal doorway.
Ports of Stockholm's published 2026 programme identifies repeated AIDA calls, supporting the regular cruise-line link. A port-wide annual total also includes other port areas and is not a count of unique ships at one terminal. Planned visits remain subject to changes; use the live berth information for the actual sailing.

Separate cruise quays in the southern harbour area.
Arlanda airport train to Stockholm Central, then a separate transfer to the assigned berth.
Stockholm Central mainline station and T-Centralen metro interchange are city connections, not cruise terminals.
Select Frihamnen or Stadsgården using the actual berth; Nynäshamn requires a different journey.
Connections reflect published programmes, not a guarantee for a particular sailing. Pending and future calls can change.
Approximate straight-line distances between general port coordinates, not road or sailing routes. Proximity does not imply an available connection.
