Port reference

Limassol

Limassol is a cruise gateway on the southern coast of Cyprus. Its New Passenger Terminal operates within the New Port, a different destination from the Old Port promenade and leisure marina. Use the cruise terminal's full name when arranging a transfer. A harbourfront restaurant or a marina map marker does not identify the secure passenger entrance for a departing ship.

Coordinates identify the general port, not a passenger entrance. A dash means the value has not been independently verified.

DP World states that the passenger terminal began operations in July 2017. Older tourism pages describing a terminal that will soon open should not be treated as current project status. The operator's historical legal address at an old passenger facility is also different from the present cruise arrival instructions. Read the sailing documents for the actual check-in point, luggage handling and boarding window.

Larnaka and Pafos airports are separate air gateways with different road journeys to Limassol. Hermes Airports lists airport bus operators and taxis. Limassol Airport Express currently identifies Agios Georgios Havouzas as its city station and a further Larnaka-route stop opposite St Raphael Hotel. Those stops are not the cruise terminal. An additional city-to-port connection remains, and the terminal's older FAQ fare is not used here as the current bus price.

No direct passenger rail connection to the cruise terminal is independently verified in this research. Plan transport by the available road services and confirm the final gate. A cruise-line transfer, city bus and airport express have their own tickets and meeting points. With luggage or mobility needs, assess the complete journey rather than assuming that an airport-bus arrival ends beside the gangway.

Limassol Castle, the Old Port waterfront and the marina offer a city visit separate from the working cruise port. More distant villages require their own excursion transport and return planning. Choose an outing that leaves room for the route back and port access, instead of treating a published drive time as a guaranteed transfer duration. Assistance requirements should be arranged with the cruise operator in advance.

The terminal's schedule updated in October 2026 records repeat visits by the linked brands in its 2026 section. Ferry MARINA is excluded from Oceania identification, and an overnight is one call. Later-year schedules are separate forecasts. The official coordinate refers generally to Limassol rather than the terminal door.
