Valiant Lady is Virgin Voyages' second ship, delivered by Fincantieri at Genoa Sestri in 2021 and introduced to passenger service in 2022. Its IMO number is 9805336. The operator's retrospective loyalty terms recognise sailings from March 2022, separate from the construction milestone. That distinction matters when comparing ages or interpreting an early announcement: delivery does not necessarily mean that paying guests sailed immediately.
The ship follows Scarlet Lady's design family, with an overall length of 277.2 metres and a moulded beam of 38 metres in the builder's individual technical table. Hamburg's port record and the US Coast Guard listing give 108,192 gross tonnage. The original builder's approximate 110,000 description is therefore kept as a rounded design summary rather than substituted for that precise registered figure.
A completed 2026 dry-dock refresh has created a concrete difference from its sisters. The operator's June account describes Ariya by Razzle Dazzle, an Indian dining concept, as part of the renewed experience. This should not be confused with Scarlet Lady's Chinese-inspired Lucky Lotus or the Spanish-inspired concept developed for Brilliant Lady. Sharing a basic hull design does not make the current dinner arrangements identical.
Ariya's setting includes spaces suited to small parties and communal gatherings. Travellers interested in the venue should check the actual menu and reservation arrangements for their sailing. The existence of vegetarian dishes, for example, is not a guarantee that every dietary requirement can be met without advance discussion. Individual booking and food requirements remain more specific than the name of a restaurant concept.
The ship is adults-only under the line's minimum-age policy. The operator distinguishes 1,330 cabins and 78 RockStar Quarters, together 1,408 accommodations. Its general guest figure lacks a sufficiently reconciled capacity definition here, so this profile does not publish an inferred maximum. Technical total persons aboard includes more than passengers. For a useful comparison, weigh your selected room and route together with the current fare's flexibility, internet and dining-booking provisions.
