About us Norwegian Bliss
Norwegian Bliss joined NCL in 2018 as the third Breakaway Plus ship. Meyer Werft developed the vessel with Alaska cruising in mind, including substantial observation spaces. That origin helps explain its design, but it does not mean every departure is an Alaska itinerary. Check the actual route and season independently from the vessel's construction story.
The Observation Lounge is a useful consideration for anyone who wants sea views while remaining indoors. The Waterfront supplies an open-air promenade and dining setting at a different level from the main pool deck. Together these areas offer options for companions who enjoy looking out but have different tolerances for wind and temperature. Cabin position can then be compared with the spaces a traveller expects to use most often.
For an active holiday, Bliss Speedway provides a two-level go-kart track and the Aqua Park adds waterslides. These are different attractions from the Slidecoaster on the newer Prima Plus ships. Adults can also examine Spice H 2O and the separately controlled Vibe Beach Club. Check access rules and any additional costs instead of assuming that every outdoor lounger belongs to the same included pool area.
The ship's 2025 refurbishment changed parts of the accommodation and restaurant offering. Current listings include Palomar, Cagney's Steakhouse and Teppanyaki, with Taste, Savor and The Manhattan Room among the main dining choices. The exact fare determines how speciality meals fit the budget. A pre-refurbishment map naming Ocean Blue or other replaced venues should not outweigh the current directory.
Evening options now list The Choir of Man and The Cavern Club, alongside comedy and other performances. This reference avoids promising the original launch musical indefinitely. Confirm the programme when choosing a voyage for a particular show. The operator's current figures are 4,010 guests at double occupancy and 1,716 crew, while the builder supplies the vessel-specific 333.3-metre length and 41.4-metre moulded breadth. Its 168,028 GT is a volume measurement; guest occupancy, room inventory and maximum persons aboard remain separate definitions.
