Historic Port of Falmouth
Jamaican cruise terminal at Falmouth; separate from Montego Bay and Ocho Rios.
Port reference
Falmouth is a Jamaican north-coast cruise destination with a purpose-built terminal beside a historic town. It is not the Falmouth harbour in Antigua or the town of the same name in England. Use Jamaica and the actual cruise terminal when arranging a transfer, especially where a booking service presents several destinations with similar names. Montego Bay and Ocho Rios are separate Jamaican cruise ports.
Coordinates identify the general port, not a passenger entrance. A dash means the value has not been independently verified.
The terminal opens the possibility of a compact town visit as well as organised excursions into the surrounding area. Falmouth's historic streets contain Georgian architecture associated with the town's commercial past. A walking visit can focus on the town rather than trying to combine several distant attractions. Confirm the passenger exit and the route back to the ship before leaving the terminal area.
Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, code MBJ, is an air gateway for a road journey to Falmouth. Its operator lists transfer companies and taxis in the arrivals ground-transportation area. Confirm that the selected transport actually serves the cruise terminal and supports the required baggage and accessibility arrangements. A hotel shuttle or transfer desk is not automatically a service to the cruise ship.
Road time should be planned around the real airport arrival and check-in appointment. The terminal's town location does not remove the separate airport journey. No passenger railway from the airport to the cruise entrance is established by the reviewed information. Keep the cruise documents available when agreeing the final drop-off point and any return collection with a driver.
Good Hope and the Martha Brae River are excursion possibilities outside the immediate town visit and need their own operating and return arrangements. Jamaica's current visitor advisory reports cruise ports operational, while individual attractions still require separate confirmation. Do not interpret a port reopening as proof that every excursion operates unchanged. The coordinate here is a general harbour reference. Royal Caribbean's separate January 2027 Mariner and Adventure itineraries include Falmouth, supporting the regular connection without counting one overnight as two calls.

No passenger rail connection to the cruise terminal is established in the reviewed arrival information. Plan the final approach by road or on the authorised pedestrian route.
Plan town visits and longer excursions separately; confirm current attraction operation and return transport.
Connections reflect published programmes, not a guarantee for a particular sailing. Pending and future calls can change.
Approximate straight-line distances between general port coordinates, not road or sailing routes. Proximity does not imply an available connection.
