Port reference

Copenhagen

Copenhagen is a major Baltic cruise departure city, but its passenger quays are spread across different parts of the harbour. Oceankaj in Nordhavn is a different destination from Langelinie and Nordre Toldbod nearer the inner harbour. Confirm the actual quay and, at Oceankaj, the assigned terminal before arranging a transfer. A generic Copenhagen cruise-port address does not describe every sailing's passenger entrance.

Coordinates identify the general port, not a passenger entrance. A dash means the value has not been independently verified.

Copenhagen Malmö Port operates the cruise facilities and publishes the terminal rules. The passenger route depends on the actual ship and berth. A road transfer intended for Langelinie should not silently be redirected to Oceankaj simply because both locations appear on an itinerary guide. Keep the assigned terminal with your travel documents and give the same information to anyone meeting you.

Copenhagen Kastrup Airport connects with the city by metro and train. Visit Copenhagen's current terminal guidance describes the Oceankaj connection using Orientkaj metro station and an onward bus, including the year-round164. The airport-to-city segment and final terminal approach are distinct. Check the actual itinerary and current operator notices rather than relying on an old all-terminal bus description.

Langelinie and Nordre Toldbod need different final approaches from Oceankaj. A rail arrival at a city station still requires the right local connection for the quay. A cruise-line shuttle may have its own service window and conditions, so confirm its availability for the sailing before treating it as part of an independent journey. No universal fare or airport-to-gangway time is promised here.

The Little Mermaid, Amalienborg and Nyhavn are inner-harbour visiting areas. They do not have the same relationship to every cruise berth. Choose a city route that accounts for the outward connection, walking ability and return to the assigned terminal. Seeing a waterfront landmark from the ship does not establish a permitted shortcut through a working port area.

Princess publishes repeated Copenhagen round trips in its2027 Europe programme, supporting the regular brand link. Future deployment remains provisional and does not prove a completed call today. Other lines can also use the port, but a general destination page alone is not a complete fleet schedule. The coordinate is the general official Copenhagen location, not a terminal door.

Getting there

Airport connections

Kastrup metro/train connects to the city. For Oceankaj, check the Orientkaj metro and onward bus164 connection, plus the assigned terminal entrance.

Rail connections

City railway stations need different last legs for Oceankaj, Langelinie and Nordre Toldbod. Check the actual local connection and sailing documents.

Local transport and final connection

Confirm the quay before selecting a route. A cruise-line shuttle has sailing-specific conditions; inner-harbour sights are not beside every ship.

Connections reflect published programmes, not a guarantee for a particular sailing. Pending and future calls can change.
