Bremerhaven

Bremerhaven's ocean-cruise terminal is at Columbuskaje, separate from both the main railway station and the visitor attractions around Havenwelten. The current passenger facility is called Bremerhaven Cruise Port. Older travel documents may still use Columbus Cruise Center, so match the address and sailing instructions rather than treating the older name as a different embarkation port.

The terminal publishes Columbuskaje 1 as its check-in address. This is not the address of every off-site parking provider or the separate visitor-gallery entrance. Those arrangements should agree with the luggage procedure for your ship.

Bremerhaven Hauptbahnhof requires a final transfer to the quay. BREMERHAVEN BUS describes a cruise shuttle via Havenwelten, with arrangements associated with ship calls. Its own vehicles and the TUI coach service are distinct options. Read the current operator information and any transfer included in your booking instead of assuming one ticket or meeting place applies to every bus.

Bremen is the regional commercial-airport connection identified in the harbour authority's information guide. Reaching the cruise terminal still needs an onward ground journey to Bremerhaven. Arrange that journey around your boarding window and leave room for changes between airport, railway or road transport. The presence of rail infrastructure in the wider port does not establish a passenger train to the gangway.

TUI Cruises and Phoenix Reisen are documented recurring users through the port and transport operators' programmes. Published future calls remain provisional. At this review, TUI's notice dated 26 October2026 confirms cancellation of Mein Schiff3's current Canary Islands voyage after the25 October incident, with later voyages under assessment. Guests should use the company's latest direct instructions rather than infer that a calendar entry confirms operation.

Havenwelten offers a separate shore-visit focus, including Klimahaus, the German Emigration Center and Zoo am Meer. Choose a visit that fits the actual transfer and return time.
