About us Queen Anne

Queen Anne joined Cunard's passenger fleet in May 2024, following delivery from Fincantieri in April. The actual maiden departure from Southampton took place on 3 May, with Lisbon as part of the inaugural itinerary. Its permanent IMO identity is 9839399. This profile concerns Cunard's present cruise ship, not an earlier vessel with a royal name or an announced future operating arrangement.

The ship is related to the broader design lineage behind Holland America's Pinnacle vessels, but its Cunard accommodation and public spaces require their own description. The builder records 322.3 metres overall, a moulded breadth of 35.6 metres and 114,188 gross tonnage. The current insurer independently confirms that tonnage. Approximate launch descriptions around 113,000 or 114,000 should not replace the precise individual figure in a comparison.

The Pavilion is an important feature for time aboard. Its retractable glass roof allows the poolside setting to change with conditions, while surrounding food and drink venues create more than one way to use the space during the day. That does not mean every outdoor area is sheltered. Bright Lights Society provides another distinct setting, and the ship's restaurant range includes the Japanese-inspired Aji Wa and Indian-inspired Aranya. Check the reservation and charging terms of individual venues rather than treating every restaurant as part of the main dining allocation.

Accommodation follows Cunard's Britannia, Britannia Club, Princess Grill and Queens Grill framework. Room choice therefore affects the principal dining experience as well as private space. The original builder inventory and current published guest figures do not reconcile cleanly with the August 2026 corporate fleet table. The profile leaves current capacity unresolved instead of doubling cabins or treating the total-persons allowance as a passenger maximum.

Queen Anne remains in Cunard's current four-ship fleet. The announced transfer to P&O in 2029 is a future event and should not be applied to a present Cunard departure. For a booking, compare the actual cabin category, itinerary and onboard arrangements for the sailing date, keeping future fleet changes separate from the facilities available today.
