About us Norwegian Viva

Norwegian Viva followed Prima in 2023 as the second ship of NCL's original Prima design. Fincantieri delivered the vessel at Marghera in August. It is shorter than the subsequent Aqua and Luna, so the general Prima family name does not mean that every generation has the same footprint or activity package. Compare the individual ship rather than transferring a feature from a newer photograph to this one.

Viva Speedway is a three-level racetrack, while The Drop and The Rush provide dry-slide options. Galaxy Pavilion adds virtual experiences indoors. Those spaces make the vessel interesting for companions who want several forms of organised recreation, but they should be checked against participation conditions and possible charges. A planned sea day can work better if one or two priorities are chosen before the whole group commits to a timetable.

Ocean Boulevard circles the ship on deck 8 and offers another kind of holiday space. Infinity Beach, the glass Oceanwalk and La Terrazza bring the sea into walks and pauses away from the top decks. The Observation Lounge provides an indoor alternative to examine when weather changes. Cabin location should be assessed against the public spaces nearby, particularly when privacy or a quiet evening is a priority.

The current operator directory lists Burn The Floor: Elevate and Motor City Moves. Earlier publicity for Beetlejuice: The Musical belongs to a different programme and is not treated as proof that the production remains aboard. The Viva Theater & Club serves several uses, and exact performances should be checked for the departure. This is particularly useful for travellers comparing two otherwise closely related ships.

Hudson's and The Commodore Room are among the included dining choices, while Palomar and Hasuki belong to speciality dining. Haven guests have a separate accommodation product and dedicated facilities. Current published double occupancy is 3,195, with 1,506 crew; the 2023 fact sheet's 3,099 is an earlier reference. The detailed 143,535 GT figure is supported by the operator and US Coast Guard. Its total-person safety figure is not substituted for maximum paying passengers.
