About us Disney Believe
Disney Believe is a physically documented newbuild for Disney Cruise Line, with delivery planned for 2027. Meyer Werft celebrated its keel-laying at Papenburg on 6 October 2026. The ceremony marked assembly of the second large hull block, while the first block had already left the building dock in September. These milestones demonstrate actual construction rather than a ship existing only as an order or marketing image.
The builder identifies Believe as the fourth Wish Class vessel and specifies 1,256 cabins with LNG propulsion planned. Those particulars belong to this individual project, rather than a copied total from Wish, Treasure or Destiny. Final certified tonnage, complete physical deck inventory and a current individually verified IMO record remain unresolved. Announced project specifications do not automatically become delivered register particulars.
Disney's October product announcement schedules the first sailing for 18 December 2027 from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. The proposed programme offers four- and five-night voyages to the Caribbean and Bahamas, with one or both Disney island destinations depending on the departure. These are future plans at the research date, not completed passenger service or a guaranteed identical route for every booking.
The planned entertainment identity centres on promise and possibility. A new Encanto stage adaptation and an expanded Frozen dining story are among the announced features. The Moana-inspired Grand Hall provides the central setting, while Oaken's Table is presented as a new family dining concept. These concepts explain how Believe is intended to differ from earlier sisters; they are not facilities already open to passengers.
Accommodation announcements include a premium Believe Tower Suite themed around Magic Kingdom settings. Its published sleeping capacity describes that particular suite, not the passenger basis of the whole ship. A buyer should compare the actual room category, accessibility information and conditions before assuming premium services are included with an ordinary reservation.
Construction and service dates will require updates after handover. The structured build year and entry-into-service year therefore remain empty until completion is verified. Future flag, current crew complement, maximum speed and a later refurbishment are not inferred. For planning, use the latest operator schedule and distinguish a booked future product from the confirmed status of today's active fleet.

A dash means no independently verified value is available. Guest counts at double occupancy and maximum capacity are different measures. GT measures enclosed volume, not weight.
