About us Carnival Jubilee

Carnival Jubilee entered passenger service in 2023 and is the third of Carnival Cruise Line's Excel-family ships. Unlike the first two vessels, it was built by Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany. The builder describes the transfer of an existing Meyer Turku design to the German yard. That construction history distinguishes Jubilee from its close relatives without implying that their present public spaces are identical.

The operator's current short profile publishes 183,521 gross tonnage and 5,362 guests at double occupancy. Meyer Werft gives a rounded length of 345 metres and a moulded breadth of 42 metres. The breadth convention is explicit; it should not be compared blindly with another vessel's maximum width over projecting structures. Different builder-era tonnage and accommodation estimates are not substituted for the current operator reference.

Jubilee organises its public offering into six themed zones. Currents and The Shores are individual features of this ship's presentation: one uses underwater-inspired digital scenery, while the other draws on coastal and waterfront settings. Named venues include Emeril's Bistro 717, Dr.Inks, Ph.D. and The Golden Mermaid. These details make the choice more concrete than describing every Excel vessel simply as a large ship with restaurants.

BOLT, WaterWorks and SportSquare provide further comparison points. The operator identifies BOLT as an attraction with an additional charge, so its presence should not be confused with universal fare inclusion. Its published ship page presents Galveston departures; check the precise departure and port sequence before arranging transport. A ship overview cannot replace a dated itinerary or terminal instruction.

When choosing accommodation, compare sleeping needs, outlook and access to the zones your party expects to use. Someone planning indoor entertainment and someone concentrating on outdoor recreation may prefer different daily routes. LNG fuel is documented by the builder, but the fuel label alone does not settle the complete environmental comparison. Jubilee's own venues, the chosen cabin and the actual sailing programme together provide the most useful basis for selection.
