About us Voyager of the Seas

Voyager of the Seas gives its name to the Voyager family and began passenger service in 1999. Royal Caribbean's technical sheet identifies Turku, Finland, as its construction location. It remains in the operator's active fleet, but its first sailing year should be read separately from the facilities documented for today's passengers. An original introduction date does not describe every subsequent change to a ship.

The checked figures are 137,276 gross tonnage and a rounded length of 310 metres. The operator gives 3,602 passengers at double occupancy, alongside 1,801 cabins. These numbers describe accommodation on a stated basis; they are not a maximum-person limit. The published total of 15 decks also needs to be distinguished from a count of decks containing passenger cabins.

FlowRider, Studio B and The Perfect Storm are identified in the ship's technical material. The current group-travel profile also lists a climbing wall, miniature golf and an ice rink. For someone comparing several Royal Caribbean generations, that combination provides a specific activity shortlist. Investigate the timetable and participation conditions for your departure before building a day around any individual attraction.

The operator's example leaving Los Angeles on 30 October 2026 lasts six nights. It includes an overnight stay in Cabo San Lucas and a separate call at Ensenada before returning to Los Angeles. The two calendar days at Cabo belong to one extended destination visit. This dated itinerary illustrates a different rhythm from a route with a new port every morning; it is not a permanent deployment promise.

When choosing accommodation, compare the cabin's sleeping arrangement and position with the places you plan to use. Someone prioritising the skating venue may evaluate a different daily walking route from a traveller spending most free time outdoors. Read the ship-specific plan and the actual itinerary together rather than treating all Voyager-family sailings as interchangeable.
