About us Carnival Legend
Carnival Legend entered passenger service in 2002 as a member of Carnival Cruise Line's Spirit family. It was built by Kvaerner Masa-Yards in Helsinki, Finland. The vessel's particular public-room names and themed settings make it possible to compare Legend individually with Spirit, Pride and Miracle. A common engineering family should not obscure differences in dining and evening meeting places.
The current insurer reference gives 85,942 gross tonnage and identifies Nassau as the registry port. The operator's current deck plan states 2,134 guests at double occupancy and a rounded length of 963 feet, approximately 293.5 metres. The PDF itself contains inconsistent registry wording on its two pages; the current insurance reference is therefore used for that field. Historical registry information is not silently treated as today's flag.
Legend's named spaces include Truffles Restaurant, Unicorn Café and the Camelot and Avalon pools. Billie’s Piano Bar and Medusa's Lair Dance Club provide distinctive evening reference points. These names are useful when locating the places your party might revisit, rather than choosing solely from a generic count of bars and lounges. The actual programme should still be checked for the booked sailing.
The operator also identifies Green Thunder, RedFrog Pub, Bonsai Sushi and Alchemy Bar. A group can compare active recreation with meals and quieter social plans, then investigate costs and participation requirements for the activities it wants. A facility's existence does not guarantee that every service or order is included in a selected fare.
For accommodation, review the exact window and balcony categories, including any obstruction noted in the plan. Compare the beds and outlook first, then trace the route towards dining and preferred indoor spaces. Consider the sea days and destination calls together when deciding how much time the room and public facilities will receive. Legend's current venue mix and the full itinerary give a more practical comparison than transferring every detail from a sister ship or a historical review.
