About us MSC Seashore
MSC Seashore entered service in 2021 as the first Seaside EVO ship. Fincantieri delivered it at Monfalcone in July of that year. It extends the earlier Seaside concept, retaining an emphasis on outdoor circulation while changing the arrangement of many public spaces. The relationship with Seaside and Seaview helps explain its origins, but their shorter dimensions and individual venue lists should not be copied across.
The current operator gives 170,412 gross tonnage, 339 metres rounded length and 41 metres breadth. It lists 2,270 cabins, 1,648 crew and a full guest reference of 5,877. The older July 2022 technical sheet uses 169,400 GT; that earlier planning reference is documented separately. The ship has twenty total decks, fifteen for guests. An exact double-occupancy capacity is left unknown instead of being calculated from the number of rooms.
New York provides a theme for spaces including Times Square and its large LED wall. Central Park, Manhattan and Tribeca are named dining rooms in the technical presentation, with Brooklyn Café adding a separate gathering place. The glass artwork Danza del Mare stands in the MSC Foundation area. These particular names and design choices distinguish Seashore's interior identity from the generic idea of a large outdoor-focused ship.
Long Island Pool and the connected Pirates Cove recreation area are important outdoor reference points. The Infinity Pool, glass-floor Bridge of Sighs and aft panoramic lifts offer other ways to use the layout. When comparing a future cruise, check the actual activity programme, participation rules and charges; the existence of a named facility does not guarantee unrestricted access or continuous operation.
For evenings, Le Cabaret Rouge and Uptown Lounge provide concrete places to investigate. Compare them with dinner plans and the route from your exact accommodation category. Beds, outlook and private Yacht Club privileges need checking against the booked product, not just a photograph. Then consider port time and sea days together. Seashore's own layout makes the most sense when related to how your group intends to spend the holiday.
