About us Carnival Paradise
Carnival Paradise entered passenger service in 1998 and was the final ship built in Carnival Cruise Line's Fantasy family. The operator's current presentation combines that historical place with facilities introduced during the vessel's later career. For a new booking, the present room and venue descriptions are therefore more useful than treating the original design as the complete description of the ship today.
The operator's current deck plan gives 71,925 gross tonnage, corroborated by the insurer. Its defined guest reference is 2,124 at double occupancy. The published rounded length is 855 feet, approximately 260.6 metres, and the crew reference is 920. These figures describe scale and stated accommodation, not a guarantee about how a particular public space will feel on every departure.
JavaBlue Café, Bonsai Sushi Express and Cloud 9 Spa appear in Paradise's current description. These names help identify changes that an older review may not cover. Guy's Burger Joint and BlueIguana Cantina are further dining options, while RedFrog Rum Bar and BlueIguana Tequila Bar provide outdoor gathering points. Read the chosen fare's conditions rather than interpreting a complete venue list as a list of included purchases.
The operator describes WaterWorks with a spiralling slide and racing slides. The Punchliner Comedy Club, Playlist Productions and youth programmes offer other ways to structure time aboard. Compare the actual activity timetable with the port schedule, especially if different members of the party want separate activities. The overview does not promise unrestricted participation or identical programming on every cruise.
Accommodation deserves a fresh look because the current plan includes balconies alongside porthole, ocean-view and upper/lower interior categories. Those products have different sleeping and outlook arrangements. Check any stated obstruction, bed-conversion condition and room location before selecting by price alone. Paradise's current accommodation and the balance of the booked route should be evaluated together, with its 1998 origin providing context rather than replacing the details of today's holiday.
